Transition Fund announcement
Dear Early Learning and Care and School Age Childcare provider,
We are writing today to advise you that the Transition Fund is now open for applications on the Early Years Hive.

Providers are encouraged to complete the simple application for the Transition Fund by 22nd April in order for payments to begin to be made from 29th April.
