PIP Announcement - TCAN expiry notification issue


Resolved: TCAN expiry notification issue


Dear Service Provider,


We are aware that due to a system issue on Wednesday 10th February, an automated notification was issued to service providers informing them that their Tax Clearance Certificate/ Tax Clearance Access Number (TCAN) had expired.    


The issue is now resolved, and the status of the TCAN is now correct.  


If you wish to check the status of your TCAN, you can do so by clicking ‘Funding’ and then the ‘Payments Issued’ tabs on the Hive.  In the instance that your TCAN has expired a red bar will display on the top of your ‘Payments Issued’ page, with a message stating that the TCAN has expired. If no red bar is displayed, then there is no issue with your TCAN and you can disregard the notification issued on Wednesday 10th February, 2021.
